How to Order Custom Moissanite Grillz Online
At Simply Ice Jewelry, getting your custom iced out teeth is simple. We use genuine VVS Moissanite stones set in S925 Sterling Silver or Gold to ensure your grillz shine forever and pass the diamond tester.
The Process (How it Works):
- Order Online: Choose your style (Top, Bottom, or Full Set) and metal color.
- Receive Mold Kit: We ship a free DIY mold kit to your door immediately.
- Send It Back: Take your dental impression and ship it back to us (instructions included).
- Production: Our jewelers hand-craft your custom grillz to fit your teeth perfectly (approx. 3-5 weeks).
- Shine: We ship the finished grillz back to you.

Return And Refund Policy
No refunds! We have strict no refund policy but we will try our best to fix the situation (if grillz don’t fit its not on us it’s on your mold that you took. But we can reduce the room for error by telling you if the impression was done good or if we have to send you a new kit.

Custom pendants must be fully paid within the month if not the order is subjected to being sold off to make up for sale. (30 Days given after Piece is made.)
